My experience with Weaver was excellent. Their inventory was low but this was due to the manufacturer's plant being closed (due to COVID 19) and out of their control. They listened to what I wanted and did their best to try to find it at another dealership for a dealer trade. When that was possible, I decided to take a model in their showroom and I was very happy with the purchase experience. I would go back for my next machine and highly recommend them to anyone looking for treat themselves with a toy!

Our son wanted to get a dirt bike. Stopped in to look and started talking with Conor and we decided on a SSR pit bike. From start to finish Conor was great with getting everything setup and going over everything including going over how to start, ride and maintain the bike. I was pleased to see that he was really focused on explaining things with our son. We are looking to upgrade from our 2007 Polaris Ranger into a new model and will definitely be back to work with Conor again on that.

Many dealers can order the bike you want, but Bob Weaver likely has it in stock so you to take home today. Why wait? Its Buffalo! You only get a handful of riding days each year haha.Kristin was excellent to work with. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted, and she was able to work everything out quickly and efficiently. In the past, I have been frustrated by sales people trying to pressure me into buying every possible warranty or care package they can offer. This wasnt the case with Kristin. She asked all the right questions to figure out what options were best for me (which turned out to be none of them). I recently purchased a Yamaha Apex snowmobile and a Yamaha Grizzly cold weather edition with the winch and plow from Mike Weaver. I wanted a bigger plow so I had him custom order it. When I got the Grizzly home I found the heated seat wasn't working so I talked to Dave in service. Dave ordered me another heated seat cover. When I asked him if my plow was in yet he said no but he would investigate what had happened because a couple of weeks had passed since I purchased the Grizzly. Dave found a problem with the ordering process and found the plow I needed at a Pennsylvania warehouse. After a couple of days he called me and I went in to pick it up. Nick from parts helped me put it in my vehicle. Dave just called a few minutes ago to see how everything was, this is great customer service. I've made several purchases there over the years and this is I have no problem with the hour drive to get there. Good dealer, good people.

Picked up a 2107 Africa Twin. Bob Weaver got me the bike when other dealers could not. I have been told that Bob Weaver has more Harley Davidsons than Harley dealers in WNY. They had that and more. I had my eyes on a Victory (the selection of victory, Honda and just anything other than Harley was amazing) I decided to look at the used Harleys, since I had never owned a Harley (I own a Yamaha vstar 1100 and a Kawasaki Vulcan 800) they had a Harley Fat Boy with not even 9000 miles on it for under $9k! with everything on it! I ended up pulling the trigger and getting it. No muss no fuss, everything went smooth. If I didn't drag my feet on eating lunch I would have owned that bike that day. So I ended up signing the paperwork the next day. Now I purchased this bike in January of 2017, I was told don't worry about storage fees, don't have to go to the DMV, everything is all set. Just give them a couple days notice in the spring and everything will be good to go.

I will give Bob Weaver the rest of my business from here on out.

I recently sold my first bike and was looking for one than better suited my needs. After failed Craiglist leads and not finding what I wanted in my area for reasonable prices, I branched out in milage on CycleTrader. I saw a great bike and it was being sold at Bob Weaver Motorsports! I made the 3 hour drive to come look at the bike and decided I wanted it. Sure enough, my boyfriend found a bike he wanted from Bob Weaver on that same day. The following week, we both went back to Bob Weaver and each came home with our new (to us) bikes. Customer service, the sales department, and everybody who I encountered when I was there was extremely pleasent to work with, understanding that we were not local, energetic, passionate, and very knowledgeable. After many years of wanting a Motorcycle, I decided to fill a bucket list item and to have no regret. Looked on line at used bikes. Checked out Weaver's site, great pictures, full of information, easy to navigate. Went to the store to check out a couple I saw on the web site. I was greeted and asked if I needed help, I indicated I was just looking for now, no pressure just well if you need help let me know. Came back to the desk and was asked if I needed help. Talked with the gentleman, he walked back with me and we talked, he was very helpful in recommendations being a first time rider.

He then indicated that he would get a salesman, since he was a parts guy. Impressed since he could have just dumped me off from the beginning. He introduced me to Mike, talked with, Mike worked with me through the details, filled out the paperwork, and explained the whole process. Called the next day with approval, we set up a pick up date. Went in Mike had all the paperwork ready, we completed the transaction. Mike then took me out to the bike, spent a half hour explaining the bike to me and then had Scott load the Bike and follow me home. Scott unloaded it for me and asked if I had any questions. Very friendly. Overall great experience, friendly helpful people, Recommend going there to any one.

My son wanted to buy a used quad. Used ones are very hard to come by, however, Jon Thompson had the exact one he wanted. It was in perfect shape and he was so great with my son. Helped him and explained things to him, and even gave him some tips for his first machine.

I wasn't using my motorcycle much anymore and had just purchased some vacant land. Those factors lead me to swapping the cycle for my first ATV. At first, I thought I wanted a Honda (which Weaver's also sells), but after speaking with Bob & Jon, and test riding a Honda and a Polaris Sportsman 570, the Polaris was the clear winner!As it was February, they picked up my trade and delivered the Polaris to me, which is 35 miles from their dealership. Scott didn't complain either!

Anyway, I got a pretty good deal and they had a red one in stock. It's already a little muddy as it sits in my garage.Easy, NO pressure whatsoever, and willing to do what "needed to be done" to close the deal. I'd definitely buy from them again.Now, about that Ducati . . .

I am very pleased with my overall experience with trading my motorcycle for a new bike at Bob Weaver Motorsports. Kristen was able to answer or find the answer to all my questions about the new motorcycle. I was also offered a fair amount for my trade. After the sale was complete about a week later Bob Weaver called me on a Monday evening to make sure everything went well and to make sure I had no issues with the new bike. I did mention one thing that I had concern with and he took note, gave it to the service department (who called me the next morning) and set up a time to bring it back in to look at the issue. I didn't need an appointment and they were able to correct the issue in less than hour. Bought a used Wave Runner and Trailer combo from your NY location to use at our Canada lake house and the experience was relatively painless until I got back to our NJ residence and started to work on the registration. WHAT A NIGHTMARE dealing with NJ DMV was and WHAT A PLEASURE it was to have Kyle from Weaver as a resource to dig through the cross-state governmental red tape and get my situation corrected. A great asset Weaver has in her - don't know what I would have done as I tried to convince the NJ DMV that this was the proper way to title and register a trailer and boat. I was in the market for a three wheel motorcycle after over 50 years of riding two wheels. My wife and I bought a used CAN-AM spyder, trading in my Harley electra glide. The spyder is a great bike. with other dealers but what really sold me is Bob Weaver's reputation. He has always been very fair with me and all my friends

that have made purchases from him. His sales people are very courteous as are his mechanics.I have to say that past purchases and service dealings have made me a customer that will buy nowhere else!!I won't delve too far into this but Mr. Weaver's integrity goes much further than just his business, it includes his

personal life as well. I was told by a co-worker of mine whose elderly mother was assisted by Mr. Weaver at an out of town motorcycle

event. Mr. Weaver had never met this woman before, she just turned to him for help when she was being accosted. Mr. Weaver provided assistance to get her home safely from a "date" with an elderly man who turned very nasty towards her for no reason.

Mr. Weaver refused any compensation from her, he had his son help in the matter as well. That was an example of a person

getting involved to help someone in distress when others back away. He just acted honorably asking nothing in return.He is a great man.

I bought a 2015 Yamaha Fz6R. I stopped in on Thursday 5/14 with no intention to buy anything. I was approached by Jake Blake from Sales. He asked what I was looking for and made some great recommendations. I originally wanted an Orange bike but the only new one was a 2011 that was going to be almost impossible to locate. I asked what he had in red and it was the perfect match. I loved it. I was financed on the spot with no money down. I walked out thinking "I can't believe i just bought a bike". Two years later to the day I bought my second bike, I just stopped in to have a look around and found this nice blue motorcycle (yep had to have it) talk to Jon in sales worked out a deal and made a date to turn in my v star 1300 (great bike may I say).That day can turned in the old bike and off I went on my new stratoliner. When out in other area and I came across other dealer I would stop in, but Bob Weavers was the cleanest and had a bigger selection of things I was looking for.

I have to say that Kevin and Eric in service go out of their way to help customers with any issues. They always dig into the details to solve problems and will go the extra mile to help get your toy back in shape. They will get their hands dirty when they have to to solve those hard to fix problems. They are always upfront with pricing and do what they say when they say they will do it. I drive over 45 minutes to do business there because of Eric and Kevin. Nate did a great job on my sled delivery and pointed out some key things I needed to watch that I would have missed. Great Sled at a Great Price.

This is the third ATV that I've purchased and the Service has been awesome all three times. Had an issues with the winch with my last purchase but the parts and service department guys bent over backwards to make it right. In our opinion Jake is definitely an asset to your company as the first impression when you walk in the door is paramount..."..We live a couple of miles from Bob Weavers & Heblers. But we drove out to Bucks to look for a new Polaris & particularly a used ATV they had listed on their website that I was interested in for our daughters farm.

We saw a number of the staff walking around so asked for help as no-one took the initiative to approach ???

My wife was busy picking out a number of outfits/riding suits for the grandkids.

Finally we asked another one of the girls for help & she went to look for a salesman. We waited several minutes & went looking as well. He was in an office alone & we overheard him tell her to inform us that he would be with us in 5 minutes.

He then left the building ??? I followed him out but he was now chatting with someone who had just driven in.

We left frustrated & empty handed.

I assumed we must have visited Bucks at a bad time. Even though the place was empty the staff present were way too busy sitting at their respective stations ???

So that afternoon I emailed Bucks (via the website) regarding the used ATV they still had listed.

I did get the rote email response acknowledging my email, but several days have passed & still no response from anyone at Bucks !!! I assume they are all still very busy...."

When it came time to do the paperwork it was all prepared at the time I had scheduled to pick up my unit. It was a quick and easy process and I was on my way with a beautiful new machine. I just purchased one of the last the Polaris 2014 XP-550's in the Browning edition. They won't be made anymore. Mike and Bob were so helpful finding this machine over 3 hours away for me. Jake Blake was our sales person. We traded in our motorcycle and bought a bigger one. Jake took us back to the used motorcycles and showed us the ones we were interested in, he started them up and he gave us his opinion on them when we asked him. He spent a lot of time with us and we ended up buying a motorcycle that day. We love our motorcycle. He also helped us pick out a helmet and he was very knowledgeable about all the motorcycles. We would go back there again in the future if we ever decided to buy another motorcycle. He was very nice to us and went out of his way, he did not pressure us into buying anything and we loved dealing with him. I must say, I received excellant service from Al & Jake for the purchase of my 2010 Honda NT700V. Your dealership submitted all paperwork to the border as they said they would and the motorcycle was ready as promised when I arrived from Canada to pick it up. Al Whitehead was not in as it was his day off but he left detailed instructions with Jake who assisted me along with a mechanic to load the motorcycle on my trailer and help securing it properly. All the documents were at the border and my trip back to Canada was uneventful. When i stoped in to the dealership i was kind of exspecting a saleman to try to pressure me into a bigger more exspensive atv. but that didnt happen at all the salesmans attatude was more towards ok this is what you want lets see what we can do to get you on it. So i bought the atv the delivery was scheduled for the next day. When i got there to pick up the atv all the paperwork was ready. Al the salesman did the walk around of the atv and did a good job of it they wheeler was clean full of gas and ready to go. So to sum it up was i had a great exsperence at bob weavers.

I recently bought a Yamaha V-star there, I dealt with Jake Blake and he did an excellent job. Jake was able to work around my schedule and coordinate faxing information to and from my insurance agent and was able to do it fast enough for me to pick up the bike the very next day after my new license and insurance kicked in before my schedule would have made it very difficult.

Also while at parts they went the extra mile to look up what I was looking for and suggest the best products for me. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and knowlegable.I will certainly recommend Bob Weaver to my friends and family.

our overall experience was excellent. We purchased a 4 wheeler about a month in a half ago brand new and talked about getting a second 4 wheeler (but used this time) as we are moving to the country. Rather then looking on line or in ads for a person looking to sell one we decided to come back to Bob Weavers because of the care we were given the first time around. We are now talking about getting a third one but smaller for the grandchildren and wouldn't think about going anywhere else.

Al W. was my sales rep and he was fantastic! He had a great, non pushy approach to selling me a bike. Even though I had every intention of buying something, if I had run into a sales rep that was pushy and was only out for himself, I probably would have bought elsewhere. Al took the time to show me a bunch of different bikes and made sure I was comfortable on them and weighed the pro's and con's of each bike I looked at. He was easy to talk to and you could carry on a normal conversation with him (he wasn't being fake nice like you see with a lot of sales reps). He called me a few times before I came to get the bike to make sure I had everything I needed and was able to answer my questions without hesitation and really gave me the feeling he was there to help. Even though he had to work a bike show when I went to pick up my bike everything was ready for me when I got there. Bob Weaver himself greeted us and said hi and found the gentleman, Karl, that was going to go over the paperwork with me. Karl was awesome as well, given the fact he was essentially doing paperwork and explaining everything for a deal he didn't work himself. I would not hesitate to recommend Al to anyone looking for a bike! Thanks again Al, and when I get the itch to get something newer I will definitely be back to see you!!

I purchased another Polaris 400 HO through Bob Weaver today and the service as always was excellent. I dealt with Nate Paine as a salesman and he is super knowledgeable and friendly. When I bought my previous 400 HO (2012) Nate and Mike Weaver had helped me out and that experience brought me back to Bob Weaver. I will continue to use Bob Weaver Motorsports for service and if I ever decide to upgrade.

Nate was terrific. Very thorough in all aspects. I'm 100% satisfied with my purchase and would recommend anyone to go there for a bike. A really good selection of used and new bikes to choose from.

Overall the experience was excellent.

We just picked up a Honda Pioneer 700-2. We cant say enough about how easy this purchase was.Its` not your typical sales guy experience. Jon Thompson was fun and extremely knowledgeable about all the units for sale, if he did not know the answer he got it within minutes for us.Jon had us test drive all the machines that we were interested in.Just a suggestion we think you need a big hill and a mud pit for test drives.Your detail guy would more than likely feel otherwise.No pressure whatsoever and gave us all the time we needed, exactly what we like to see. He gave us a tour of all the warehouses and introduced us to all the various managers.The service manager was awesome in answering all our questions about the 2 machines we were trying to narrow it down to, I can`t remember his name but thank you sir.We picked up our machine 2 days later and look forward to having a ball with it. I feel lucky that Weavers is only 10 min away from my house so service should be a breeze.Thanks again Jon

I'm 60 years old, been riding 44 years and have owned over 25 motorcycles. I have gone through numerous dealerships either for a purchase, service or both. I have learned from these dealings that most dealerships do not stand behined their product or word and their service departments are lacking. I will admit that I was leary of buying a used harley through Weavers because they do not sell that brand. After going through the whole sales process I couldn't be happier with this dealership. The sales staff was knowledgeable but not overbearing during the sale.The bike was completely serviced and clean like it was brand new when I picked it up. (bike is five years old but they had it looking like new). I spoke with Mr Bob Weaver during the sale and he is committed to having his business at the upper level of sales and service. He is a down to earth man who you can talk with and he shows a genuine concern for the customer. He did a couple of things for me during the sale that proved this. He also made a personal follow up call to my home a week after I picked up the bike to make sure I was happy with the bike. (nice touch). I have rated them five stars across the board because they worked hard to earn it and deserve it. I feel comfortable with the owner and staff and will utilize their services in the future.

Overall I had a really good exerience. My sales rep. Jake and whoever else may have assisted me were very helpful. I'm very happy with my purchase.

If you are looking for a great deal, and more importantly the "customer service" that is so often missing now-a-days, you should visit Bob Weaver Motor sports. These folks are all about customer service right from the time you walk in. They took the time to talk about the product I was interested in so much so, I felt like I was wasting their time. As a service manager myself, I was very impressed with their attention to detail from A to Z. As well,the inventory was incredible and I had many Polaris models to choose from in their very neat and clean store.

This dealer just has a very "high touch" customer service model that in itself, is a huge value add, and you will not be sorry you made the visit. I have a Polaris dealer 6 miles from me, but it was well worth the two 170 mile round trips to deal with this dealer. In the end I got a great deal on a Ranger 800,and had a great experience. Just bought a 2014 Polaris Sportsman 400 yesterday, although I have barely rode it yet, I love it. I bought my first atv last week and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everyone at the dealer was extremely friendly, helpful and very knowledgable about each product they were selling. I have already given several friends interested in purchasing vehicles my vote to go to the store.

I used the internet to shop around, knew of this dealership already but had never dealt with them before, I knew what I wanted and they had it and the rest is down hill at full speed. Filed the loan application on the net through Bob Weaver MotorSports . A few phone calls and a small deposit and I was half way there, went to view the bike and filled out some more paperwork for the finalization for the loan process to agreement . Then waited till the call came in to put the full deposit down on the bike and sign the papers from the loan company with awesome financing. Now my bike will be delivered to my door in a enclosed trailer and I could not ask for more, Already Registered and all ready to go. I did my research on all machines via the internet, so when I came in I knew what I wanted to buy. Mike was very helpful in pointing out the differances between particular machines. When I told him what I was going to be using the machine for, he assured me that the sportsman 570 EFI was the right machine for me. The actual sales process was painless & not time consumming. That was most appreciated. When I went to pick up my machine, again the process was not time consumming. As I have gone from a standard to an aotomatic machine, Mike pointed out all of the features & how they worked. Mike also pointed out all of the important parts ( oil,coolant, brake fluid, grease fittings, etc.) & where they were located. Overall, my buying experience was very satisifying. I would recomend your store & it's products to anyone.
